Double Bay suites @ Caesars Palace Can't Post

I was toying around with the idea of getting a really swank suite on my next
trip. Nothing serious, just seeing what I could afford. Turns out, there
are some pretty nice digs. Looking online, some of the nicest ones I've
seen are at the Palazzo & Bellagio.

On Expedia, they had these suites at Caesars Palace called Double Bay
suites. They're about $1800/night, while all the other ones I saw were
about $300-$700/night. What is so special about those suites? I can't find
them on Caesars website & Expedia doesn't have any pics of them. Expedia
says they're in the Forum Tower, but it doesn't appear as though the suites
are anything special compared to other suites when reading the description.
Are they the "Rainman" suites?

After thinking about it, I'm not sure I can stay on the Strip. I just know
I'd be hoping a cab every morning to go downtown. If I want to live swank,
I'll get a spa suite @ the Golden Nugget.

Cameron, I found the Caesars Double Bays on Google here:

http://www.caesarspalace.com/casinos/caesars-palace/casino-misc/double-bay-suite-detail.html

It looks like the Rain Main suites are now Absolut Suites (leave it to
Harrah's to ruin class with marketing).

The Double Bays are nice, but $1800 nice? Don't think so. For that,
you could get a Wynn Parlor Suite.

Hell, you could get Skylofts at MGM.

But why on earth are you looking at suites for Strip hotels when the
El Cortez's suites at the old Ogden Inn are coming online soon? Seems
to me that's where the future owner of Cameron's Casino would be
staying.

Yeah, those suites don't look any better that what I've found at some other
places on the Strip. The only difference is an extra $1200-$1400/night for
the Double Bay suites. Yeah, right!

I don't know if the El Cortez Cabana Suites will be open by Super Bowl
weekend. If they are, I'm there. If not, I'll definitely be staying there
in Joone.
