competition this year; they suck. Only two of the better ACC teams
(Miami and Georgia Tech) have beaten Duke by more than this number.

Kansas +14 +100 vs Texas (SIA) -- Texas lost their starting center
to injury this week. The backup had previously been kicked off the
team, so they are down to a freshman who has never started at that key
position (a key position that never moves the line nearly as much as
QB/RB/WR injuries do, but can be just as important).
